This coffee is perfect for a strong, high-caffeine espresso or as a single cup of coffee. It has a distinctly chocolatey aroma.
Recommendation for preparation in a portafilter: 18g in a brewing time of approx. 20-24 seconds. Brewing ratio 1:2. If you like an Italian espresso, you can go even lower to make it even stronger.
Recommended in fully automatic machines, portafilters or as a caffeine kick in the V60.
