These sieves are known for being able to achieve an optimal extraction result. Each hole in these sieves is checked using an optical inspection method and is also verified by a certificate and a test certificate.
Thanks to the rimless and smooth interior, the sieves have an exactly round diameter and the water finds its way optimally through the coffee grounds.
With portafilters with a thin spring, the sieves can easily fall out when knocked out, so they are better suited for portafilters with slightly thicker clamping springs. However, if you knock out carefully, it is possible with any portafilter.
With these sieves it is possible to achieve optimal extraction results.
