This coffee is perfect as a classic filter coffee and as an espresso. The light fruity notes make it stand out from classic espresso.
Recommendation for preparation as filter coffee: approx. 60 grams of coffee per liter, choose a slightly coarser grind. Don't forget to bloom! And brew for a maximum of 3 minutes.
