- 19g coffee (ground with 22Clicks on the Comandante)
- 300g water (96 degrees)
- 0:00- 0:45min: 60g Bloom
- 0:45- 1:20min: up to 200g (swirl)
- 1:20- Max. 3:00min: up to 300g
As espresso:
- 19g IN at 1:2 Brew Ratio
- Duration approx. 20-24 seconds (extract longer for more nougat)
Recommended as a filter or espresso in the portafilter machine.
