Almost all of the cooperative's coffee is Fairtrade & Organic certified . The farmers are also supported in financing drying houses. Here the coffee can dry slowly and protected from rain.

Our recommendation for preparation in a portafilter: 18.5 g in a brewing time of approx. 25-28 seconds. Brewing ratio 1:2. Tastes of nougat and chocolate when perfectly adjusted.
Also recommended for all filter preparation methods and in fully automatic machines. An all-rounder.
